Products, purchased from this website, are shipped and delivered by esteemed courier service agencies. Normally, products are delivered by 7 working days within India from the day when an online purchase order is accepted (Sundays and public holidays are not considered as working days). However, it may take up to 15 days in case of overseas locations. For further details, please refer to the policies of the shipping agencies concerned on their respective websites. For delivery outside India, shipping cost, applicable taxes and duties (if any) shall have to be borne by the customer on actual basis. Customers should not accept delivery of any tampered package from the courier agents. If a customer accepts any delivery, it will be deemed that the product has been received by the customer in proper condition. Cash-On-Delivery (COD) is not available for purchase amount above ?5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand).

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
